Your kitchen will smell AMAZING while it&#8217;s baking!  Great for topping your morning yogurt or giving as a gift. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Golden Granola<\/strong><br>1\/4 cup butter, melted or 1\/4 c. coconut oil, melted<br>1\/4 cup honey<br>1 1\/2 tsp. ground cinnamon<br>1\/2 tsp. salt (if you use salted butter, you might want to decrease to 1\/4 tsp.)<br>3 c. old-fashioned oats<br>1 c. coconut flakes<br>1 c. chopped walnuts, sliced almonds, pecans &#8211; whatever you like!<br>2\/3 cup dried fruit &#8211; raisins, dried cranberries, blueberries, cherries, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl, stir butter, honey, cinnamon and salt until well blended. Combine the oats, coconut and nuts, then add butter mixture and stir to coat evenly. Spread on a greased jelly roll pan (you can also use a 9&#215;13 pan &#8211; you&#8217;ll just need to bake a bit longer). Bake at 275 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes. Add dried fruits and gently mix to combine. Cool completely, stirring occasionally.
